How did you find Brisca F1 Stock Cars?
My father's brother - Tom Farndon - was World Speedway Champion and my father had a go at Speedway (rode for Leicester) but prefered 4 wheels and someone suggested going to Brandon watch the stock cars.

What gave you the incentive to race
I think the incentive was his brother Tom racing (allthough of course Tom had died by then).

First Car - Built, Bought or Borrowed
First car - not sure - bought I think - second was an ex Aubrey Leighton (42).

Memory of your first race.
Not Known - Sorry

Best Racing Memory
First final win at Brandon (I was there but only 10 years old)

Worst Racing Memory
A toss up between landing on roof at Brafield or boiling over in the 1960 World Final.

Reason for Retiring
ill health - Asthma!

After Retiring - What Then?
After stock cars for a while done Veteran cars (Hill climbs etc - he had a 1914 Humberette, which he kept on the forecourt of his garage).
