DRIVER PROFILE

Peter took part in the first New Cross meeting  on 16th April 1954 racing under no 32. He travelled to meetings all over the country with his fellow Wembley drivers. He even wrote a book covering his racing exploits, "THE THRILL OF THE CENTURY". Peter also raced F2 under No #85 and travelled the length and breadth of the country. He was also chairman for many years of  VSCA. He sold American cars for a living and still exhibits at American classic car shows. Peter was a larger than life character and a real personality, he had many tales to tell about stox racing one of these is about the first stock car groupie called Beryl but that is not for publication!!!!
Sadly passed away in February 2023.
