Thursday evenings started in 1975 under Warren Taylor, followed by Sunday Afternoons. John Toulson & Joe Joplin took over the reigns, but when John left, Joe found it difficult and the track closed for good in 1996. No meetings were held between 1988 - 1991 they were transferred to Scunthorpe.
